- COMPLIMENTARY WEEKLY DELIVERY IN DESIGNATED AREAS. Coexist Supply LLC proudly provides free weekly delivery to the following areas in Florida: Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Crestview, Defuniak Springs, Santa Rosa Beach, Freeport, Niceville, Navarre, Milton, Chipley, Panama City, and Panama City Beach. - BOOKING THE SHOPPING VAN. For locations beyond the aforementioned areas, our shopping van, also referred to as the shopping truck and the mobile store in other areas of our website, is available for booking with a minimum order value of $100. Prior to making arrangements, customers are required to contact us at hello@coexist-supply.com or through WhatsApp at 850-517-8566 for pre-approval of their delivery zone. In the event that the delivery zone is not approved after the customer has made a purchase, and shipping charges are applicable, Coexist Supply LLC reserves the right to contact the customer for additional payment. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation.
- TRANSPARENT SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS. Customers are informed of the clear and concise shipping and handling fee structure:
Orders totaling up to $75 before tax, incur a $10 shipping and handling fee.
Orders totaling between $75.01 and $152 before tax, incur a $15 shipping and handling fee.
Orders totaling between $152.01 and $228 before tax, incur a $20 shipping and handling fee.
Orders exceeding $228 before tax, enjoy complimentary shipping and handling throughout the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
- NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE. Customers are hereby notified that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event that Coexist Supply LLC is unable to fulfill the order.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. For sanitary purposes, certain products, including but not limited to blades, personal protection equipment (PPE), brushes, combs, and unsealed consumable products such as after-shave, gel, wax, etc., are non-returnable. This policy is in place to uphold health and safety standards and protect the well-being of our customers.
- TIMEFRAME CONSIDERATIONS. Shipping and delivery times displayed on our website are calculated based on standard traffic conditions. Unforeseen delays due to holidays and other circumstances are possible and will be regarded as reasonable. Any delays in transit do not imply an inability to fulfill the order.

The processing time also applies to products being delivered on a regular shopping van route.
